Bar manager Erik Carlson has created specialty cocktails for the occasion. Stoneburner will feature The Beauty (something bubbly) and The Beast (a twist on an Old Fashioned).
Wine director James Lechner has selected several Champagnes, available for $9/taste, $18/glass, or $25/a flight of three 2.5oz tastes at both restaurants.
